This Privacy Policy explains how VisionAST ("VisionAST," "we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through this website, visionast.com (the "Site"). It applies to the Site only. The Novella platform at novella.visionast.com is provided to dealers and agents under separate customer agreements and is not covered by this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo through our "sneak peek" form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and business or dealership name you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your request and to contact you about VisionAST products.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type, and the date and time of each request — to keep the Site secure and reliable. We do not use cookies, advertising pixels, or web analytics on this Site, and we do not track you across other websites.

Embedded video. Some pages embed videos from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube does not set cookies until you play a video; if you do, YouTube may receive information in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

How we use information

• To respond to demo requests and communicate with you about VisionAST products and services.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to you, including:

• HubSpot — stores demo-request contact information in our customer relationship management system so our team can respond and follow up.
• Resend — delivers the email notifications generated by our demo-request form.
• Vercel — hosts the Site and maintains the server logs described above.
• Google (YouTube) — serves embedded video when you choose to play it.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Data retention

We keep demo-request information for as long as needed to follow up with you and to maintain our ordinary business records, then delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time — just reply to any message from us or email support@visionast.com.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is intended for dealership and business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
