These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website, visionast.com (the "Site"), operated by VisionAST ("VisionAST," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general information about VisionAST and its products. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or misuse any form or feature.

The VisionAST platform is separate

Access to the Novella platform at novella.visionast.com is provided under separate customer, subscription, or partner agreements. Those agreements — not these Terms — govern your use of the platform and the data within it.

Demo requests

Submitting the demo-request form lets us contact you; it does not create any contract or obligation on either side. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

SMS messaging

When you opt in to the VisionAST SMS messaging program, you agree to receive recurring text messages from VisionAST at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include notifications, updates, and reminders related to VisionAST products, services, or your interactions with us.

You may opt in by texting a published keyword such as START, JOIN, or SUBSCRIBE to (518) 693-4182, or through another method that clearly identifies the program and asks for your consent. Your consent is voluntary, applies only to messages from VisionAST, and is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies between 1-10 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, email support@visionast.com, or call (518) 693-4182. We will honor your opt-out request promptly.

We do not sell or transfer your SMS consent to unrelated third parties. Information collected through the SMS program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Message delivery depends on wireless carrier networks and other systems outside our control. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, message availability, or delivery times.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, video, and the Novella and VisionAST names and marks — are owned by VisionAST or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our prior written permission.

Third-party links and content

The Site links to and embeds third-party content, such as videos on YouTube and episodes of the KSU podcast. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Your use of any third-party service is governed by its own terms and policies.

No warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Any figures, benchmarks, dashboards, or sample reports shown on the Site are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisionAST will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
