Clear controls for your account, AI processing, and data.
Cassandra AI permission
Cassandra sends the information needed to answer your request to third-party AI service providers. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Cassandra AI processing to allow or withdraw this permission. Withdrawing permission blocks Cassandra AI processing on that device; non-AI features remain available.
Camera, photos, and microphone
These permissions are optional and used only when you choose to attach media or dictate a request. Manage them at any time in iOS Settings → Apps → VisionAST.
Access, correction, and deletion
Email support@visionast.com with the subject "VisionAST privacy request" and tell us whether you are requesting access, correction, or deletion. Include the email address associated with your account and the name of your organization. Do not email passwords, dealership records, or sensitive documents.
Because organizations administer VisionAST accounts and provide much of the business data, we may confirm your identity and coordinate the request with your organization's authorized administrator. We will respond as required by applicable law and contractual obligations.
Account access
If you no longer need VisionAST, ask your organization's administrator to disable your access or contact support@visionast.com. Organization-controlled records may remain available to other authorized users and may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
