VisionAST’s Ranking Report defaults to ranking F&I managers and other personnel by what we call a “Power Rank.” This is determined by ranking each individual for each of the 3 criteria separately – PVR, PPVR% (profit on products alone, taking out the bank reserve), and Product Index. For example, the individual with the highest PVR gets a #1 for that criteria.
Then, similar to a golf score, the lowest sum when these 3 rankings are totaled denotes the highest power ranking.
Note that the Ranking Report columns are sortable, so if ranking by a different criteria is desired, a user can easily adjust the ranking as necessary. Please contact our support team at support@visionast.com with any questions on using this report for your needs!
